Aubrey Peeples

Aubrey Peeples is an American actor and singer from the United States. She received the best recognition for her performance as Layla Grant in the drama series Nashville (2012) as well as Claudia Shepard in Sharknado (2013). Also, she played the lead role of Jerrica Jem Benton on the film Jem and the Holograms (2015). Aubrey Peeples was raised in Lake Mary, Florida by the parents Wendy and Ashley. There is also an older sister named Ally. As a child, Aubrey performed with The Orlando Repertory Theatre for ten years. The valedictory speech she delivered was that for her class during her time at Lake Mary Preparatory School. Harvard University accepted her but agreed on entry twice the second time to accept her part in Nashville. Peeples played in Drop Dead Diva (2009) Burn Notice (2007) Austin & Ally & Ally & Ally (2011) Grey's Anatomy (2005) and NecessaryRoughness (1991) as guest star. Peeples was a part of two TV-produced movies: Ace Ventura Jr. Pet Detective (2009 and The Good Mother). She was one of the main characters on the Nashville series in which she played Layla Grant. Peeples talked about her bipolar disorder during an interview she conducted the magazine NKD Magazine. Indiewire named Peeples among the most skilled actors who are under the age of 20 in September 2014.
